Graduation
So… I’m graduating from college in 7 short hours (bed time anyone?).
I realized a few things:
- I couldn’t tie a tie before tonight.
- YouTube is a shitty place to learn how to tie a tie.
- I need longer ties (I’m tall)
- My greatest academic semester was junior year, when my fiancee was in France. I didn’t see her for nearly 6 months.
- I drank more that semester than any other point in my life.
- My fantastic grades (and creative writing) came at a time when my Love was gone, and I was a semi-alcoholic. I’m going to claim it was the alcohol, because I don’t want to rely on loneliness for good writing.
- I’m not exactly ready to leave college.
